Asia Pacific design, engineering, and advisory company Aurecon has appointed Tony Bernabei to the role of Asset Management & Performance Lead.
Tony joined Aurecon in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of experience in asset management and engineering to lead and grow the Asset Management & Performance team across Australia. With over 20 years of experience in Asset Management, Project Management, and Engineering, he possesses extensive expertise in the design, development, improvement, and implementation of asset management systems.
Prior to joining Aurecon, Tony held pivotal leadership positions at prominent company within the resources and infrastructure sectors. During this time, he successfully led transformative projects that enhanced operational efficiencies and delivered significant cost savings.
Tony has been integral to the growth and success of the Asset Management & Performance team. He is driven to optimise assets for sustainable outcomes and his contributions have included the implementation of strategic initiatives that improved client engagement and service delivery, positioning the team for future success.
Notably, he has achieved asset management performance by implementing decision support systems and front-end improvements to many of Aurecon’s infrastructure clients' planning processes across sectors including resources, transport and water.
