This alliance provided integrated infrastructure delivery harnessing the skills of four business partners: Queensland Rail, Thiess, Aurecon and AECOM.

The Robina to Varsity Lakes Rail Extension
The Corinda to Darra Rail Upgrade
The Beerwah Rail Crossing
The alliance also completed the construction of the Stage 2 Richlands to Springfield Transport Corridor Project, delivered to help reduce congestion on the Centenary Highway, removing 2500 cars off the road during peak traffic times.
Key features of this project included a 9.5 kilometre dual track passenger rail line, two new stations, an integrated bus and rail interchange, seven rail bridges and more than seven kilometres of cycle pathways.
