TrackStar Alliance, Queensland, Australia

Successful, award-winning infrastructure delivery alliance

Established in 2006, TrackStar Alliance designed and constructed a series of rail infrastructure projects in South East Queensland.

This alliance provided integrated infrastructure delivery harnessing the skills of four business partners: Queensland Rail, Thiess, Aurecon and AECOM.

Some of the projects completed included:

The alliance also completed the construction of the Stage 2 Richlands to Springfield Transport Corridor Project, delivered to help reduce congestion on the Centenary Highway, removing 2500 cars off the road during peak traffic times.

Key features of this project included a 9.5 kilometre dual track passenger rail line, two new stations, an integrated bus and rail interchange, seven rail bridges and more than seven kilometres of cycle pathways.
