Aurecon enters Top 10 Best Workplaces in the Philippines for 2025

Asia Pacific design, engineering and advisory company Aurecon has debuted in the Top 35 Philippines Best Workplaces for 2024 by the Great Place to Work Institute, ranking 13th in the medium-size company category.
Aurecon’s inclusion on the list came on the heels of its certification as a Great Place to Work in August 2023.
The Best Workplace List recognises companies that have set the gold standard in workplace culture. Aurecon has been recognised for its people-first programs that create a positive work experience.
Some of these programs include: Limelight, a network for emerging career professionals; the Leadership Foundations Program to support aspiring business leaders; the Manila Engagement Committee, which conceptualises and implements different employee experience activities; mental health first response certification; and hybrid work arrangements, among others.
