Phil O’Reilly serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Aurecon Board.
Phil is a recognised global business leader who chairs the Southeast Asian Contact Group at Business at OECD and serves on the OECD Trade Committee. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Iron Duke Partners, a Wellington-based public policy advisory firm.
Phil previously led BusinessNZ as Chief Executive from 2005 to 2015 and has held governance and advisory roles in New Zealand and international organisations, focusing on issues like trade, sustainability, diversity, pay equity, and innovation. He chaired the Board of Business at OECD (2013–2021), was a Governing Body member of the ILO (2014–2020), and served on the APEC Business Advisory Council (2017–2020).
