Todd Battley is responsible for the leadership and performance of Aurecon’s Australian business across 15 offices and 4,000+ people. This includes overseeing client and staff engagement, and project and financial performance.
Todd also works with the Group Executive Leadership Team in shaping Aurecon’s global response to the future of engineering, design and advisory services.
Todd is an accomplished executive with a strong background in strategy, leadership, engineering and professional services. Prior to joining Aurecon, Todd held numerous roles over his 29-year career at AECOM where he progressed from project delivery on major infrastructure initiatives to executive leadership, including serving as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer from 2020–2024 and Chief Executive Officer, ANZ, from 2017–2020.
Todd's collaborative leadership approach has been instrumental in guiding large teams, fostering innovation, delivering strong business results and achieving high staff engagement.
Todd has extensive experience in global strategy, digital transformation and growth initiatives and is passionate about innovation, people, clients and performance. He is committed to leading and inspiring teams, innovation and integrating diverse capabilities to deliver seamless and differentiated client service offerings.
