Nathan Agnew, Managing Principal, Program Advisory – Australia & New Zealand
Nathan Agnew is Aurecon's Managing Principal, Program Advisory for Australia and New Zealand.
Nathan brings over 25 years of experience as an advisor and senior executive across a broad range of industries including transport, oil and gas, energy and resources. He has managed and advised clients on complex large scale capital programs with a particular focus on linked project performance to overall business outcomes.
He has consulted extensively on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory reviews, commercial negotiations, long term growth and capital planning, and infrastructure development. Through his experience, he has demonstrated success in increasing long-term profitability, improving industry positioning and capability development.
Prior to joining Aurecon, Nathan was the former head of Melbourne Airport’s aeronautical business, responsible for the airport’s Master Plan and infrastructure planning. He has also held roles at Air New Zealand as Chief Planning Officer and at The Boston Consulting Group as a member of the firm’s transport practice.
