Sakorn Kruemai, Aurecon Country Manager in ThailandSakorn Kruemai - Country Manager, Thailand

As the country manager, Sakorn Kruemai is responsible for the strategy and operations for Aurecon in Thailand. He leads business development initiatives with major Thai and international clients.

He is a civil engineer with 30 years of experience as a project director/manager and professional engineer in project and construction management, delivering large scale infrastructure, industrial and residential building projects in Thailand.

In addition to his engineering and project background, Sakorn brings his knowledge in project finance, risk management, tax, financial, legal and commercial matters to advise clients on the development of their projects.



Somchai Apipattanavis, AureconSomchai Apipattanavis - Built Environment Leader

Somchai Apipattanavis leads Aurecon’s Built Environment team in Thailand, who are responsible for the design of many iconic buildings in Thailand like MahaNakhon, Megabangna, BITEC, Singha Complex, Rosewood Bangkok hotel and more.

In addition to local projects, Somchai also leads the team to work on many of Aurecon’s projects around the world like MOTIONGATE, Sunshine Coast University Hospital and the Oman Museum.

An experienced structural engineer of more than 25 years of experience in the design and supervision of commercial, institutional, residential and mixed-use buildings, Somchai holds a B.Eng (Hons), Civil Engineering and an MBA.



Tony Jamed, AureconTony Jamed - Infrastructure Leader

With more than 30 years of professional engineering experience, Tony Jamed is a seasoned manager who leads Aurecon’s professional engineering unit in Thailand.

Tony’s vast experience covers the design of underground civil work, as well as commercial and industrial structures in New Zealand, Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

Having spent 23 years of his professional career in Thailand, Tony understands the culture and aspirations of the businesses here. He leads a diverse team of engineers who specialise in power and utilities plants, solar farms, manufacturing plants, and other projects that improve the lives of the local communities.
