Our leadership

Board of directors and executive leadership team

Aurecon is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for corporate governance and for setting the strategic direction of the company. The CEO is an ex officio member of the board.

Reporting to the CEO is an executive leadership team who, in addition to pursuing the strategic direction set by the board, ensure our behaviour in the market aligns with our corporate values.

We create a positive impact through our code of conduct and act with integrity and honesty to create a legacy built on trust.
