I believe we’re always stronger as a team. Being resourceful and knowing the talent available across Aurecon, allows us to leverage our collective strengths. To tap into knowledge and show credibility by bringing in subject matter experts to identify new opportunities in an already competitive market like Singapore.
My involvement in multiple Resorts World Sentosa projects over the past 10 years is a key project reference in winning this award. Repeat work and new opportunities reflect both Aurecon’s understanding of the Client’s immediate and future needs and the ability to engage and propose solutions to meet business needs.
2017 marked the start of my 10th year in the industry and this award is a huge motivation of recognition of my efforts. As a father of three, this is a proud moment for me to share my joy with my kids and family. Given this is the first such award in the Aurecon Singapore office, I hope this will spur on more young engineers to continue the good work they have done in the industry and hopefully receive recognition for their efforts.
