Aurecon won the NAWIC Crystal Vision Award for advancing careers of women in the construction industry. 

Whilst awarded in South Australia, Aurecon's submission was reflective of our gender equality effort across Australia. NAWIC identified Aurecon's Shared Care, Yes Flex, Pay Equality and Ascend initiatives as stand outs in the industry.
