Julian Dolby, Group Managing Principal, Advisory

Julian Dolby is Group Managing Principal for Aurecon's Advisory business. Julian is a member of the Group Executive Leadership Team focused on developing commercial and technically led advisory services to help asset-intensive clients make well-informed capital decisions.

Advisory expertise aligned with digital and data capability and engineering competencies allow Aurecon to deliver value through the whole asset lifecycle through integrated Asset Managing & Performance, Communication & Stakeholder Engagement, Environment & Planning, Infrastructure Advisory and Program Advisory solutions.

Julian joined Aurecon in 2021 from Deloitte where he was a leader for more than a decade, including serving as a member of the Deloitte Australia Board and the Australian Consulting Executive Leadership team.

Julian has built his career around developing and maintaining strong client relationships across asset-intensive sectors including mining, infrastructure, and power. He has designed and delivered transformation programs, leveraging data and digital, for clients in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, UK, USA, Canada, Chile and the Czech Republic.

A strong people leader, Julian is focused on identifying and nurturing talent and creating a safe space for teams to innovate and thrive.
