The most important lesson you learnt early in your career?
Be humble. Achievements today may be forgotten if you fail tomorrow. Always remember that you do your work not for the company but for yourself. That way it will also become important from a company perspective because you believe in what you are doing.
Your most challenging project?
The Dubai Creek Tower (by world-renowned architect and engineer Santiago Calatrava), one of the world’s most iconic structures.
An essential key to innovative thinking? And why?
To project the best part of yourself to inspire those around you. This means doing things in the most effective way, applying “out of the box” solutions, sharing past experience and having the best tools to do our jobs.
Keys to a successful project delivery?
Planning, communication and team buy-in are the cornerstones of successful project delivery.
To feel I am making a difference; whether at home or at work.
