At Aurecon transformation encapsulates positive change in cultural diversity, including race and gender, throughout our company. We have implemented a number of programmes and initiatives aimed at realising our transformation objectives. This includes our corporate citizenship programme PRO Aurecon, which encompasses aspects of transformation such as BBBEE, skills development, preferential procurement, human resources development, enterprise development and Aurecon Cares CSI initiatives, all of which uphold a commitment to promoting the development of people.
