  • Introduced a global job classification structure applicable to all roles across Aurecon. It builds a future ready Aurecon by making it easier to resource our clients' projects and creating a foundation to support career development.  
  • Introduction of Let’s Talk - a simple and streamlined performance framework focussed on driving regular and meaningful conversations between employees and their line managers.
  • Remodelled executive training. 
  • Received the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) award for Mental Health in the Workplace for our Mind Matters programme
  • Introduced Independent Counselling & Advisory Services (ICAS) as an important feature of the Employee Wellness Programme in Africa.
  • Introduced Yes Flex in Australia as a pilot. Yes Flex is a new approach to Aurecon working hours which empowers employees to embrace flexible daily start and end times across their working week. 
  • Launched Aurecon attributes to stand out from the crowd.  Individually and collectively they are the catalyst that unleashes the true power of Aurecon.

  • Rollout of Catalyst Development Framework. This will include the areas of technical leadership, as well as the Aurecon attributes, and aims to develop a workforce with the skills to be future ready.
  • Rollout of further Workday modules to create an integrated platform incorporating recruitment, leave, training and other areas.
  • Commence re-design of Employee Experience as part of Future Ready.
