This ranking is based on results from the Universum Talent survey that calculates how students and professionals perceive organisations as employers. The survey is the largest career survey of its kind, targeting 700 000 students and professionals around the world. In order to do this, Universum engage with over 2 200 of the world’s best academic institutions to gain insights into career-seekers’ preferences and expectations.
Liam Hayes, Chief People Officer, said these positive results were indicative of Aurecon’s growing employer brand strength in the market as a preferred employer.
“Being able to retain and attract the best people in our field is critical to achieving our leading firm vision,” Liam said.
“To do this, we need to be able to recruit the best people in our fields and then, equally importantly, deliver an employee experience that delivers on our employment promises.
“Our rankings in these preferred employer lists show where we are doing well, but also highlight areas for potential improvement, markedly in the graduate space in South Africa and amongst female emerging professionals in Australia.”
Aurecon also recently received high acclaim for the AFR Top 100 Graduate Employers.
