She is passionate about achieving genuine objectives on South Africa's transformation agenda and is committed to encouraging Aurecon's positive impact on the environment, employees, communities and other stakeholders which the company serves.
Tutu has an Honours degree in Anthropology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) and a certificate in BBBEE Management Development Programme (NQF 7) from UNISA Business School. She has acquired a myriad of skills through positions in various sectors. Tutu has worked extensively in projects not only limited to South Africa but extending to the rest of Africa.
She manages Aurecon’s corporate social investment (CSI) and enterprise development (ED) programmes and continually encourages the participation in these programmes. These programmes have reached out to more than 100 organisations throughout South Africa with donations of more than R5m and has been featured countless times in local publications.
