Employment Equity is a top priority for Aurecon. It sees us focused on bringing about the equitable representation of Black candidates in all occupational categories and occupational levels within Aurecon.
33.7% of Aurecon’s permanent staff are Black. Aurecon is constantly aiming to improve on this figure by providing support in terms of technical training for Black candidates.
Aurecon spend's some R48 million on commercial training and educational support annually. Many past Black employees of Aurecon gained valuable experience with us and have gone on to establish their own careers elsewhere.
