David Adams joins the Aurecon Advisory Team

05 February 2016 - Aurecon welcomes Dr David Adams to the role of Technical Director within its Advisory business.

Based in Sydney, David will be focusing on delivering a range of Economic, Business Case and Feasibility Study services to Aurecon clients.

“David’s 25 plus years in commercial and public sector consulting, his core economics background and his skills in the areas of due diligence and Total Asset Management Plans, means he is the perfect fit to deliver on the growing advisory needs of our clients in Transport, Energy, Built Environment and Health”, stated Stephen Negus, Market Director Advisory ANZ, Aurecon.

Before joining Aurecon, David was leading a small consulting firm as well as advising to the NSW Government Department of Justice. Prior to that he was a Director at AECOM where he led their highly successful Economics team.

His experience in economics consulting spans a wide range of industries and disciplines, across Australia, Brazil, China, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom. His skills include:

  • Due diligence
  • Financial and cash flow modelling
  • Forecasting and economic evaluations
  • Socio-economic and demographic research
  • Total asset management plans

David has worked on numerous major projects across Australia and New Zealand, including having published several articles, discussion papers and reports on various infrastructure projects. These include:
