28 May 2015 - Aurecon has made some exciting management changes in its Perth office with the appointment of Angus Leitch as manager. Most recently, Angus was the Buildings Leader for Perth.
William Cox, Managing Director, ANZ said, “I know that Angus will make an excellent manager for the Perth Delivery Centre; he not only possesses the skills of an experienced engineer and project manager but also those of an effective, collaborative and inspirational leader.”
Angus joined Aurecon in 1995 as a graduate structural engineer specialising in general structural design, leading to a specialisation in buildings. He became an associate in 2002 and a project director in 2006. His experience also includes strong contract procurement, delivery and administration as well as a track record of leading and inspiring large multidisciplinary teams.
Over the years, Angus has demonstrated a sound understanding of Aurecon’s business. He has successfully led the buildings team in Perth for five years, often in a challenging environment. He has provided sound internal support for business improvement.
Angus has broad industry and project delivery experience across ANZ, Asia and the Middle East. His extensive industry, market and technical knowledge has been well utilised in the large, multidisciplinary projects he has led across each of Aurecon’s key markets.
