25 June 2012 - Daniel Berry has recently moved into the role of Gladstone Office Manager at Aurecon, taking over from Peter O’Brien who will now focus on business development in the region.
Following massive investment in the LNG industry, Gladstone is experiencing significant growth and will face future challenges in housing, health and transport. Daniel Berry said, “We are ready to assist in the delivery of local infrastructure, and with staff on-the-ground in Gladstone, and access to a global resource base, we are able to quickly assemble teams as needed by our clients.”
Aurecon will continue to work closely with all of our clients to deliver infrastructure for the region. Daniel says, “I’m really excited by our capacity to provide services that extend beyond engineering, such as project management, construction management and environmental services, which means we are able to take on the full EPCM roles that our clients want.”
Neil Barr, Manager, Australia and New Zealand Offices, said, “With a background managing the delivery of Queensland’s major transport projects, Daniel will expand our local road and transport planning and design expertise, while complementing our existing strong capability in resources and manufacturing, particularly in port infrastructure planning and development.”
“In the coming weeks and months I will be meeting with many current and potential clients to discuss new opportunities and how we can add value to their businesses. I am really looking forward to getting stuck into my new role” added Daniel.
